Nutzungsbedingungen (AGB)

1. Acceptance

By inviting the Bot to a Discord server, using its commands, or signing into the Dashboard, you agree to these Terms and to Discord’s Terms of Service and Community Guidelines. If you do not agree, remove the Bot and stop using the Dashboard.

2. Who may use the service

• Server owners / authorized admins may invite and configure the Bot.
• The Dashboard is limited to Discord users who own a server where the Bot is already a member.
• You must comply with applicable law and Discord’s rules.

3. Description of the service

The Bot provides optional community features such as verification, levels/XP, temporary voice channels, modmail, suggestions, starboard, giveaways, Twitch live alerts, social feeds, music, and related utilities. Features depend on configuration per server. The service is provided “as is” without guarantee of uninterrupted availability.

4. Your responsibilities

• You are responsible for how the Bot is configured on your server (roles, channels, messages, embeds).
• Do not use the Bot for spam, harassment, illegal content, or to circumvent Discord rules.
• Do not attempt to abuse, overload, reverse-engineer, or attack the Bot, Dashboard, or related systems.
• Keep API keys and OAuth credentials confidential; never share them publicly.

5. Data & privacy

Processing of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy. By using the Bot/Dashboard you acknowledge that necessary technical data (e.g. Discord user IDs, guild IDs, message metadata required for features you enable) may be stored to operate those features.

6. Intellectual property

The Bot software, Dashboard UI, branding “United”, and related materials remain the property of the operator unless otherwise stated. You may not claim ownership of the Bot or resell access as your own product without permission.

7. Suspension & removal

We may restrict, reset, or discontinue Bot access for a server or account if these Terms, Discord’s rules, or the law are violated, or if continued operation would harm the service or others. You may remove the Bot from your server at any time; related guild data may then be deleted according to our Privacy Policy.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

The Bot and Dashboard are provided without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Features that depend on third parties (Discord, Twitch, YouTube, etc.) may break when those APIs change.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Bot or Dashboard (including data loss, downtime, or misconfiguration). Mandatory consumer rights under German/EU law remain unaffected where they cannot be waived.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms. The “Last updated” date will change; continued use after publication constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms for future use.

Mit dem Einladen des Bots und der Nutzung des Dashboards akzeptierst du diese Bedingungen und die Discord-Regeln. Der Bot wird „wie besehen“ bereitgestellt.
